Applications Open March 9

All you need to know

Britt Rock Camp will take place at Jacksonville Elementary School from July 13-17. A final camp showcase will be held on July 18 in a location to be determined. Each participant will be assigned an instrument for the week. Applicants will be asked to rank each instrument in order of preference. We will do our best to honor applicants’ instrument preferences, but we do need an even distribution of instrumentation to form bands. We cannot accommodate instrument changes once an instrument has been assigned. Each day will include group instrument instruction, band practice, workshops, and all-group activities.

Application Timeline

Applications will open on March 9, 2026 at 11 AM PT and will be accepted on a rolling basis until all spots are filled. These applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once camp is full we will create a waitlist for later applicants, however we will not accept applications after May 30, 2026.

Tuition

Tuition is $570 and includes use of instruments and gear, camp shirt, screen-printed band shirt, participation in all activities and instruction, entry to select Britt concerts (availability of concerts is dependent on the Britt summer schedule), and daily lunch. When registering a sibling, the second student will receive a 10% sibling discount. A $100 non-refundable deposit is due when the student is notified of acceptance. We accept checks and online payments through our application portal. Payment plans are available, however tuition must be paid in full no later than June 12, 2026.

Cancelation Policy

We understand that things come up! If you do need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust band assignments. For all cancelations, the $100 deposit is non-refundable. In addition, if you cancel between June 1-June 14, 2026 we can provide a $235 refund (50% of remaining tuition minus $100 deposit). If you cancel on or after June 15, 2026, tuition is non-refundable.

Tuition Assistance

Thanks to support from Dutch Bros, need-based tuition assistance is available. We offer assistance at a variety of levels so that youth from all financial backgrounds have the opportunity to attend Britt Rock Camp. Tuition assistance generally goes to families with limited income, have many dependents, or are facing other financial hardships. We want Britt Rock Camp to be available regardless of financial situation. Applying for tuition assistance will not affect your chances of acceptance. Requests for tuition assistance can be made within the application form.
