The general public can arrive at any time after the gates open. The gates open at 6 p.m. (unless otherwise indicated).
Patrons with lawn tickets often wait in line before the gates open, as lawn seating is on a first-come, first served basis.
Britt members at the Donor level ($300) and above have access to the Early Entry Gate, which opens at 5:45 p.m. (unless otherwise indicated), allowing first access to general lawn seating and concessions.
Early Entry is issued to qualifying members as a separate ticket when a lawn seating event ticket is purchased.
You must present both the Early Entry ticket and your event ticket to be scanned at the gate for early admittance.
For reserved seating areas, the box office will issue early entry tickets by request only.
Due to new trends in chair designs, Britt is aligning with other outdoor music venues and has updated its policy for low profile chairs in the lawn area.
Single size, low profile lawn chairs are allowed in lawn areas if they do not exceed 6 inches from the ground to the seat and are no higher than 32 inches total from the ground to the top of the chair. Please check your chairs prior to arrival.
Appropriate chairs are available for rent at the venue.
Regular size lawn chairs are allowed in marked, designated zones at the sides and rear of the general seating lawn area. Limited space is available for the taller chairs.
All ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds unless Britt cancels the concert. The performance goes on regardless of weather.
Patrons are welcome to bring their own food to Britt concerts, but outside alcohol and opened beverages are not permitted. Food and drinks are also available for purchase on-site. We encourage guests to bring empty water bottles or containers to use at our convenient water refill stations on the hill.
We love animals, but only ADA-recognized service animals are allowed through the gates at Britt concerts. Emotional support animals aren’t permitted under ADA guidelines. Approved service animals include guide dogs, hearing dogs, psychiatric service animals, and those trained for seizure, diabetes, or allergen alerts.
The nearest public park is Cantrall-Buckley Park on the Applegate River, 10 miles SW of Jacksonville on Hwy. 238. Visit the Jackson County Parks web site for information on camping at Cantrall-Buckley and other county parks in the Rogue Valley.
If you’ve lost something, don’t worry! Found items are kept at the Britt office at 216 W Main St in Medford, Oregon, throughout the Britt season. Feel free to give us a call at 541-779-0847, and we’ll help you out!
We love capturing memories at Britt! Here’s what you can bring:
Personal digital cameras are welcome.
Professional cameras (SLRs, detachable lenses, or lenses longer than 2”) aren’t allowed.
No video or audio recording devices, and please leave tablets at home.
These guidelines may change depending on the artist, so be sure to check!
When you buy Britt tickets online, you can choose the “Print at Home” option. You’ll get a confirmation email with a PDF of your tickets—just print it out and bring it to any gate on concert night!
Prefer using your phone? No problem! Just pull up the PDF on your screen and we’ll scan it—easy, just like boarding a flight.
Want your tickets mailed? We’re happy to do that for a small $2 fee.
You can also buy tickets by phone or in person at our Medford box office. Phone orders can be mailed or held at Will Call for pickup on concert night.
We want you to have the best concert experience possible—starting with your ticket purchase! Britt does not partner with any third-party ticket websites, including StubHub, Cheap Concert Tickets, or Tickets Review. These sites often mark up prices and can be extremely predatory.
Unfortunately, we can’t verify tickets bought through these sellers, and we won’t be able to help if the show is canceled or if your tickets turn out to be invalid.
To be safe, always buy directly from Britt—online, by phone at 541-773-6077, or in person at the Britt Box Office.
